I had two weeks , but when I did the first clean above they were cleaned so today I only had today.
You do, of course have the latest CCleaner and the latest IE.

Just chipping in with my two penneth. Agree totally with xhi, but bubbatei, I have found on occasions after CCleaner run,and immediately going back on web, before closing down, that History will contain some older pages still showing. In my granny mind I wonder if you test!!! C Cleaner with nothing else open >restart Browser.....then later> C Cleaner with nothing else open >restart computer completely..... What happens? ?? Is there any difference?

I just noticed when I used ccleaner in general that I assumed cleaning history meant browser history also.
being old school I went through one day & cleaned things manually though the browser & happened to noticed this. didn't know if others are experiencing this or I need to tick something extra.
pretty sure im set up correctly as per xhi's illustration above , I have all the same boxes ticked .

Mike, there is nothing wrong with being 'old school'! I find Ccleaner does work well but a reboot does help. I am not a user of IE as a preference but I do have to use it for editing purposes which is a pain. Make sure you have the most recent Ccleaner; www.piriform.com/ccleanerIt does clear what I direct it to do in IE 10.
