If you wish to check sites that you use to see if they are affected then you can use these links Heartbleed1 or Heartbleed2

Checked out my Bank who along with other major UK banks have not been affected, but who are all actively watching and checking.
Their suggestion is NOTto change password.Obviously watch for any discrepancies when logging in etc, and to always manually type in the address, do not use bookmark or favourite.
Grr!! the trouble these stoopid people cause GRR!!!!!!

kate You only really need to change passwords once the patch/fix has been applied on the affected server, otherwise your data will still be accessible to outside input.

I concur with GS. As some people, are just as likely to get their passwords hacked from their own computers. I am not for 1 second saying that it would happen to us more experienced users.

Nothing wrong with changing passwords monthly, is a good habit. And buggering a BBQ can leave one with a red hot tip.

Clay tablets good. But I have been taking charcoal tablets for the last couple of days, are they safe ? If they are that important you could keep in one of these. Should be safe.
