I tell you what Joe, this is really bad news for me, as you know I bought and tested 2 Lenovos recently and found them both free of the Superfish scandal. I sold these on. I now have to go back to the buyers just to ensure there are no other problems. If there are problems, I'd be duty bound to refund the costs, but I would also get the supplier to refund me the original purchase price! I think it will be a very long time before Lenovo earn public respect after this abysmal security breach. Lenovo build quality is generally pretty good and I have been recommending them after being a Toshiba fan for years (Toshiba lost my respect for recent poor build 'plastic feel' builds).
However, you and I have new HP laptops, good build quality, good prices for the high specs we both have. Must have been a good week for both of us (!) because I bought mine after you showed me yours!! Also I was very happy with the HP Folio I had for a year. So HP are now back in the field!!

That's one reason I thought the article might be of interest. Your right about the HP's. You ordered yours after me but got yours 1st. I did a lot of research for a 1st. laptop before I choose the one we got, and so far am very happy with it. Would be good of you to check on your customers, shows you care even after the sale.
