Switzerland. That's Cuckoo Clocks, and Chocolate. Swatches are Windows Aero (look in The Registry)

I have no problem with advances in technology, indeed I welcome them when they serve a useful purpose. What I can't stand is all the tech "extras" we seem to get with everything, not because they serve any use at all, but "because we can".

Nestle's Aero, is definitely not Swiss chocolate. Open Regedit and search Swatches.

Most of the trees here are round. When you cut em with a chainsaw.
Next time you are on Windows. LOL:)

OK slightly off topic, but having just pushed the boat out on a new smart TV, why, if I now buy a DVD player to go with it, do I have to have all those same "smart" functions on that too?

Gawd knows. I don't touch anything that starts with i, or has SMART in it, innit:)

After a phone call. according to our good friend Ted, anything you plug into the TV does not have to be SMART.

including the user sometimes......
If the Smart Tv is smart anything you plug into its manifold insertion points then they can be sort of smart.
Some stand alone DVD / Bluray devices come with much unneeded SMART facility to enable SMART on a non SMART tv.....bloody hell being smart becomes bloody boring after a while I can tell you. Remember good peeps! If your PC or lappy or PC has HDMI out, connect a HDMI 1.4 cable to the TV.
On your SMART TV, go to, menu, input, select, run the content from that source.
ihopes that helps lol

Hope you got a 4000 Resolution New TV or you are already behind the "Tech Curve" as 4000 HD is the Standard now.
