Those were my thoughts. But I can't see how. Over multiple accounts, one of which has never been used. Sounds more like a leak at their end, not mine.

Have a look in the details option it should show what devices were logged in and IP addresses.

I also have multiple gmail accounts, 2 used on a regular basis, 8 just for 'especial uses'
On my main account have had 3 from gmail asking me to 'view' my failed sending. The status bar indicated that the link was not going to gmail!! ( I knew that before even checking ).
I can assure you after checking the 'links' what you will find will not put lead in your pencil, as it were!! lol
Now in the spam folder.

I rarely get spam to my gmail account not sure why exactly maybe Googles filters are just superior to others But the details section should show you who and what was logged in and at what time and date.

Yep.
Gmail via web access as opposed to client can reveal some interesting information. I use both Outlook and Thunderbird as clients but I do login to webmail now and then. It is a point of call to delete forever some spam and this reflects in the web spam folder. I think the filters work quite well given that gmail accounts are free and you can have 'multiples thereof', just like my favourite bevy.
As GS suggested looking at your account will give you a login file regarding access.
Am a firm believer in changing passwords on a regular basis, a pain but it has to be done
