Strange. I've never known it to remove WOT, it has in the past removed elements of a Pale Moon profile but that's usually because there are remnants of an adware infection (which could have been caused by many things even memory leaks) but never stopped the program from working and certainly has never removed any Licenses from my comp.
Although you could always use the Report Log function to see if they can update those elements that way they'll examine and check if it really was detected as a False Positive.

Irv,
I use windows 7 fully updated and had no prob.
You are way above me knowledge wise but...
do you think it could be a prob with w8/w8.1?

I really 'think' it did, but maybe it didn't? I say this as I didn't see it was missing (WOT). However after I ran ADWCLEANER and couldn't get a game to work and got an error on it, it was clear ADWARECLEANER was the only thing I used since I last played it. Started looking around and finally did a RESTORE from ADWCLEANER. It put back hundreds of entries. When I started FF, it came up with a tab asking if I wanted to install 2 extensions, one being WOT? The other was Garmin. They might have been there anyway, but.... Give it a try, run the app and then restore whatever it deletes and then run FF I guess? I'm NOT about to do that again.

Yes I use both those. I don't seem to have a problem anymore but have a good image I can use if need be.

I use both of these without a problem (that I know of). Looking at your link though does give a clue. I did NOT see in any screen capture a TRYMEDIA folder being removed. Maybe they did do it, but nothing like that in the captures? Looks like even the Malwarebytes staff have called that folder, C:\PROGRAM DATA\TRYMEDIA as not a problem, see HERE.Just an AGGRESSIVE program that goes after ADWARE NAMES unilaterally if you ask me.
