Gotcha Irv. Mike did list Photoshop CS2 in above link it's freeware. At least knowing what you want, someone here might know of something that will fit your needs. Maybe Sarah when she checks in. Yeah, I did see that however the latest could have features that older versions do not. I had CS5 before I recall, at least I think it was. I lost the license number to it and when I got a new computer tried re-installing and couldn't without it. Call them and they would only SELL me a new license, I don't do PS now. Not even if it is for free. I don't have a lot of photo needs as I usually just don't mess with them other than adding text occasionally which most photo programs do. However when I do take a screenshot I sometimes like to mark them and annotate them. The Clipping Tool is usually OK, but the only 'drawing' feature it has is freeform. I'm looking for something a little better. As for Red Eye correction, my camera handles that. Almost any photo program allows cropping which is about the only other thing I do.

Funny, I did watch the video, but like I said I wasn't interested in installing Adobe PS on my system. However yesterday I was looking around my system for some LOG's on Dell's update installs. Dell messes with the driver update names, you d/l a file, and then it builds a 5 or 6 character name that is unique and installs the s/w and creates a log 'somewhere' for it. However that is HOW they used to do it, now it is GUI driven unless you want to un-zip it. Since installed via the GUI I didn't know they create TXT file rather than a LOG file. I eventually found it, but along the way I found a Dell directory with DownloadedSoftware folder under it. Lo and behold, two ZIP file for Adobe, PhotoShop Elements and Premier Elements 11! Both turned out to be trials it turned out, but PE didn't seem to say it was. PSE did. Anyway I took a photo into PSE and tried to add a plain old circle. Then I got lost and had to look at the link. TOO MUCH work and I'd probably forget how to do it the next time. Didn't want to mess with the Trial's anyway so deleted them. Now for the next FUN part. I use Advanced Uninstaller Pro 11 ( www.advanceduninstaller.com/) and it saw the programs but never ran the uninstall??? Huh? Windows Programs and Features did, but that I found left a LOT of ADOBE files over (AIR and FLASH were there but I know I need those). It was a real waste of space and the uninstaller was a joke.

Irv, so what you are saying is...You installed programs that you found on your computer. You used PSE but, couldn't get it to do what you wanted. So, you decided to delete both programs, but your Advanced uninstaller didn't work at all. So, are you going to try another uninstaller? Maybe this one? www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

Maybe this one? www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html No, Windows Programs and Features had no problem running the apps UNINSTALL. Just it left a LOT of files connected to the 'extra features' on the hard drive I discovered. I did have Revo and used it (and bought it) in the past. However the newer version requires me to purchase it again if I upgrade. Top that off when I get a new computer I can't transfer the license to it. So I gave up on it. Advanced Uninstaller Pro is FREE and actually for my usage seems to do at least as good a job (except these 2 Adobe programs throws it for a loop). As you can see here, helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/manually-remove-photoshop-elements-11.html, the uninstall leaves a LOT behind. There is something called 'shared technology' that the install brings down too, but I never saw that removed as well. I detest programs that don't do a full clean-up on uninstall.
