Jim. are you talking about ONLY the Desktop Icon's? If so, just RMB on an open space on the desktop and select view, 3 sizes to choose from. Other way is in Settings (search for 'icon size') but that changes more than the icon's (defaults to 100%).

Usually screen images scale up/down properly. I didn't connect that you were talking about a TV. I saw your post when I looked at RECENT POSTS and never looked at the section or subject it was in. I thought it was for Windows and I knew you went to W10, so.... Back to staying in the background...

Hi John, I missed this post (have been out of kilter for a while) Glad you got the G Fibre sorted. As Irv stated scaling should be automatic, it does on my new Panasonic 40" 3D (still can't get the pseudo3D to work) which I got for a good price. I use only HDMI connection from my machines and they all connect and scale without issues (so far). The Panasonic was good purchase because there are 4 HDMI inputs, 1 vga and 4 USB plus the camera stuff etc. However, there are a few issues on the so called 'smart'. Firmware updates really screwed the browser and the wireless mouse/kb input. I did get it sorted in the end but I have had to enter user / password details to view YouTube. Not TOO happy about that on a smart TV connected to the net. Dunno why that happened all of a sudden!
There is some talk that London will soon have a a sooper dooper fibre network but all I see so far is a massive cost to the user. As an end user not had any info from my ISP even tho I signed up as a beta tester (I have fiber to wall)
Oh well, waiting.......lol
