Anyone know how to get rid of this please?
It started up as Ursu.654473, but now goes under the name Ulise.
Win X, Bitdefender running and up to date. This blocks it, when it tries to start up with a new folder and file in Windows Temp. Can't delete because don't have permission.
Go into safe mode. Bitdefender scan won't run. Run CCleaner and that removes all the errant files.
Back to normal mode. Give it 30 minutes and it all starts again.
Downloaded Malwarebytes. This will run in safe mode and it found a PUP program. I deleted this.
Back to normal mode, same again.
Downloaded Sophos, run scan in safe mode, nothing found. Run Malwarebytes scan, again nothing found.
Back to normal, and it all kicks off again.
Any suggestion that doesn't include banging my head against a brick wall would be most appreciated.
Done searches on t'internet. All say look for suspicious programs in control panel. Nothing. Look for odd entries in task manager. Nothing apart from when it's happening, Bitdefender is going mad.
Look for suspicious entries in registry. Nothing I can see there, but the registry is a bit of a mystery, and too easy to screw everything.

Well it happened again this morning about 30 mins after turning on. It had about 14 tries and Bitdefender sat on it each time. Then it stopped. About an hour later the same happened again.
So I decided to go back to safe mode.
But conveniently Microsoft had scheduled an update for me so I had no choice but to allow the update.
Fingers crossed, the problem hasn't returned, so the update must have sorted it out.
While Bitdefender was good at preventing the thing from doing any damage, it didn't see or prevent the original download.
Well, fingers crossed.
