Hi all I just waned to relay some Happy info,
I needed a new remote for the TV,bought a new one at Curry's the price was £29.99 but as it stated it was 'one for all' I thought good we can get to operate both the Sattellite and the TV in one go,(without two remotes).1st good news at the check out guy said " oh this is reduced to £8, Good saving.
THEN!!!!!But trying to find the TV code to set it up with Sky was rubbish, SOOOOO I fired them off an e. mail, Not really expecting much, or the usual " oh not all skys can link up or something similar....WRONG!!!
They replied immediately and stuck with me through SIX e. mails,each one with almost instant replies and then suggested they telephone me at my convenience and someone would try and sort out the settings. This resulted in a 30 min session, they were brilliant and even rang back to check if OK and said to contact them again if they can help further.AMAZING!!
I honestly thought, that when it was reduced I had been sold a dud...
So I am pleased for a change to be able to say Customer service at One for all , does what it says on the label.

Hi Kate, my mum bought one of those for her little tv. The code was not in the book that came with it. I spent a day working through all the codes. Needless to say, it didn't work with that model of tv. Such is life.

Ah Kate this is good to hear for sure;
Try to contact in most cases called 'Customer Services' let alone Technical Support/Services lines are almost impossible now in the UK; high rate call numbers and a tree of 'options'. I think I know every note of Vivaldi's Four Seasons.....and the temperatures! How they change the concerto given the season you call. It's October, the leaves are falling off the trees and you get the Autumnal notes!

Actually I believe that call centers provide a much necessitated requirement in the business world and just because they may be deemed both expensive and at times incomprehensible they are the only people that can possibly help with a problem that they themselves know very little about.... ....Yea right
