Did you know TGIGEEK.COM was registered recently? See 'Registration Information'. If you Google TGIGEEKS you get TRIGREEKS with TGI GEEKS as a second choice. ========= Did you mean: tgi geeks ========= Web Spiders should have found this forum by now? Does ProBoards 'hide' the forums from the spiders? I even searched for the exact subject of my W8 Live Tile problems I posted and Google didn't find it? I added TGIGEEKS to it and still nothing? Googled "windows 8 live tile problems tgigeeks", got this: ============== Showing results for windows 8 live tile problems tgi geeks No results found for windows 8 live tile problems tgigeeks ============== Even Googling "tgigeeks.boards.net" produces no hits? This doesn't help making this place visible to others? Wonder if an 'announcement' in HTG would be welcomed and remain there as a 'sticky'?

Irv, thanks for the input. Site is 8 days old today. Spiders may or may not find us yet.
The site/forum is 8 days old. The work is still work in progress, and SEO is in progress.
And we are working on it

Mike, from my prior experiences with IBM websites those spiders hit you within a day or two... I'm thinking it is Proboards that is blocking spiders? Why? Well, look at this free forum for instance, Computer Interested Types, and specifically the thread "Best option for playing music wirelessly" on that link. I used that subject in a DuckDuckGo search. That subject as it is was NOT found? That was started on April 11th, should have been cataloged by now? When I added 'proboards' to the search it found 2 links of it, but not the specific one? Hmm, when I used Google nada on the subject search, but adding 'proboards' it found it an all the replies? Doesn't make much sense to me? Counts for the spider finding something putting very low on a list, Google didn't show the thread until Proboards was added would make me believe they have low counts and DuckDuckGo cuts off at a higher number? Google can't find this thread either, but it is new... ============== About 3,680 results (0.35 seconds) Showing results for site grand opening date proboards tgi geeks No results found for site grand opening date proboards tgigeeks =============== I tried Google with this, "welcome to your new tgigeeks forum proboards", and that thread was started over a month ago: ============== About 10,600 results (0.34 seconds) Showing results for welcome to your new tgi geeks forum proboards No results found for welcome to your new tgigeeks forum proboards ============== I don't think spiders are getting here? Might want to check with Proboards?
