I had set my firefox to use my homepage when opening a new tab.
Today I updated FF and all of a sudden I had a new tab with recently used links. Not my cup of tea!
Have set it to open as a blank page, but want to set it back to opening my homepage.
I've checked about:config but there it is still set to using my homepage, so something has changed in the settings.
Any idea how to fix this?

Yeah well, I can beat that:)
When my dog was still but a puppy, one day, I was walking to the village shop with him. He was good enough to not need to be on a lead. We passed a house where the gate was (unusually) open. He dived inside the garden through knee high grass. A few seconds later he stuck his head up and looked all around, then came racing out with a bone that was twice his size. He carried it to the shop, and waited outside while I made my purchases, then carried it back home. He looked very proud of his find, but did cast some wary looks at the garden on the return journey.
And I have another story about the dog that actually lived at that house.

Sarah, that's the one I use and recently on a new install I had the same problem. I installed the wrong one, there are confusions on the correct one to install for sure so I did a google search as opposed to the addon search and found what I wanted

My firefox works perfectly now, all happy :)
Now I have to sort out my mum's system.
For some reason her searchbar doesn't work and there is a problem with bookmarking.
Guess I'll just do a clean install of FF and then reimport her bookmarks and settings as trying to find out what's wrong will probably take me till the next decade LOL.
