Explain what you want to do? Remove WinNT? Just install another OS formatting the drive.

If New Windows Edition, the disk formatting will have to be MBR or GPT according to the Machine Bios which the New Windows will be put on.

reason being i reloaded the os when it was given to me.the reason it was given to me was it was slow & constantly hanging (showing the blue circle) ive tried everything to fix it .......now im just frustrated even after a fresh install it still hangs up & is slow.
is there a trustworthy program to pinpoint the problem or should i just buy a new os ?
have teamviewer btw
