Ok, i have both ie 10 and FF up until last night roboform was working with both. then yesterday which was my birthday i got a new keyboard which works ok, i have reset FF and roboform still doesn't show up in FF so i am at a lost on what to do..

HI John, Happy Birthday (yesterday). Don't use RoboForm but, more info might help. What would a new keyboard have to do with it and what version of FF.

John, under VIEW in FF check to see if ROBOFORM is shown UNDER TOOLBARS? It should be.

hi Irv,
first of all welcome glad you are here i was lax on doing that sorry. As i explained to Joe in a pm Mike turned me on to lastpass so i am running that on FF and Roboform on ie 10 which i don't use that much anyway. thanks for the help.
