Ok Kate, sounds you might be Brrr!!! as opposed to Grrr!!!
Rapport is not 100% supported in Chrome or Edge browsers at the moment but they are working on it! Trusteer relies on much work to be enabled in MOST browsers. Browsers rely and require coding for it to work. I have a feeling edge is what it is, placed on the edge of Beachy Head, a place to take a dive....
Many chrome browsers appear to regularly to update certain codes so they may not work or assimilate. I would not use chrome / edge in any way for problematic security reasons, telemetry, tracking etc.
My banking (and I do a lot of internet banking worldwide) is in Cyberfox ( a firefox variant ) and will use nothing else because trusteer is supported. So far there are no issues.
Remember that your own bank MAY have a version specific in a particular browser. Banks do try working with trusteer but we see so many browser appearing, banks have to play the catch up game, keeping up with the combined technology.
Kate, I hope that helps in some way
EDIT: LH pointed out a case above in point but then the security is gone!!

Hi Mike Seems cyberfox is NOT supported Grr!!!!! but Edge apparently a a pop box appears( which it does)when site is protected so going back to Edge doh! why is life so complicated... this is what rapport said Following our chat conversation, please be advised that Rapport does not supports Cybersfox.
For a list of currently supported browsers, click here: www.trusteer.com/support/supported-platforms
Rapport cannot protect web sessions performed in unsupported browsers and its icon will not appear in these browsers.
Support for Google Chrome for Mac, Safari for Windows and additional browsers may be incorporated in future releases of Rapport, but unfortunately there are no immediate plans of this kind.

Kate, you need to make the browser (Cyberfox or even WaterFox the default browser on installation. Edge does not support trusteer as far as I can see....yet. They are also disabling flash.
That needs another discussion!!
You need to ensure your browser which should be a variant of FF, Waterfox, Cyberfox is your default browser.
As I said previously I don't run Chrome or edge. My banks support TR without issues in FF and TR integrates without issue,,,,in my browser!!

I used to have Trusteer on the old PC, as recommended by my bank. Seeing this thread prompted me to install it on this new one. I'm running Win 10 and IE11. Well what a mistake, IE ran so slowly, took a full minute to open. Removed Trusteer and all back to normal. It was installed all of 18 hours, mostly unused overnight. But when I tried to remove it, it came up with the claim it had protected me 96 times. Do I really believe this??

Just thought I would update on position..
Am using Trusteer satisfactorily on Laptop using Microsft Edge with Windows 10, protected websites now show protected, with a pop up from Trusteer.
On the ipad use the Trusteer app, and that seems to be good as shows , on opening Bank site,it is checking Trusteer uptodate and covering.
So all round I am happy with protection and do not find it slows computer down.
Must also mention that their 24 hour chat is very efficient.
