Although I had heard of this Video Conferencing and Web Conferencing Service before I never looked at it because the assumption was that it came at a cost. However this morning I had to do some talk through with a non tech client and supplier to transfer files to 2 'bog screens' (don't ask). Each screen has a cut down version of Windows 7 Pro. The client had to have access to them to upload files separately to the units, this was normally done over the 3 4g network. This service has closed down but the supplier allowed him to keep the units and allowed him access so the 2 screens could be addressed, as it were. The supplier gave us a link to enable ZOOM. I was staggered at the quality of the broadcast, video and audio and the fact 2 video sources could be enabled, source and target. I found that that he used the free version that will allow 1 to 1 and it does not require downloading software, merely logging in after registration. The recipient receives an invite by email with a one off login. Hey presto. See here: zoom.us/There are paid for options but most users will not need this but could prove useful to SMBs perhaps if needed on a regular basis. Hope this helps, but feedback would be interesting if you try it. EDITThe actual transfers were done in Teamviewer 12>>>>> free, using the file transfer option
