Look what I just got! Kind of funny though and I suspect what it is? I was replying to Ted on the login stuff. I had already added a JPG and during the time I was here on Firefox I opened Chrome and logged in. Why it allowed 'two' of me in, I don't know? Seems like a bug, anyway I then tried to post the reply and I got the above dialog box. OK, assumed this was because I was in here twice. Of course, after I got that I lost my post contents. So I closed Chrome and re-entered my post. I tried to UPLOAD an image and I got a similar message from the upload after it uploaded the JPG... So I then closed Firefox too, came here and entered my post to Ted. Worked fine. Now what I consider funny is that it seems one would only see that when TWO 'people' were using the same ID at the same time period, that is at some point both here at the same time. I supposed this is a Proboards s/w issue and method of making sure your ID isn't used by someone else. There are probably better ways to do this including putting IP addresses in a cookie and requiring cookies to be on in Proboards if you want to sign-in, otherwise you are a Guest. When they see a change in IP Addresses e-mail is sent to the ID registered telling them of the changed IP Address and if it isn't OK to notify them and it can be handled in a few ways then. Oh well.

Clear the browser cache and try again it may just be a momentary lapse in the system.

Clear the browser cache and try again it may just be a momentary lapse in the system. It was, only happened when I had Firefox open and then used Chrome to sign-in also. Hence two of me were here. Even after I closed Chrome though I still got that message. However it went away after I closed and re-opened Firefox. Must be some 'flags' Proboards sets when it sees the same UID used twice at the same time. No big deal.
