Basically reads the 'first' HTML file (usually INDEX.HTML) for a site and starts executing that code. There are lots of web pages with details on this, like www.webdevelopersnotes.com/basics/how_do_web_browser_work.php for instance. Just Google 'How do browsers work' and you'll find many. If you need specific details on something, just ask, I've been a web master many years ago. |
