Microsoft have released a new version of their popular free AV albeit a Pre-release.
Microsft Security Essentials (MSE) 4.6.3020 is the latest to come to the forefront and users are advised to only install this on test machines and/or VM's purely because of the bugs which need to be ironed out.
Microsoft itself has explained that it expects every user who installs this preview version of the anti-virus to report bugs to the company, as it’s essential for the overall stability of the final product to do that and collaborate with software developers for a much better anti-virus solution.
* Please note: This is a pre-release and users should be aware that when installing they are doing so of their own accord. tgiGeekstm takes no responsibility for any harm/problems that may or may not arise from installation and use.
